More Family Pics

If you have Facebook, then you have seen some of these already.  For those of you who don't, here are some of our faves from our photo shoot:
My dad was there to help us with Finn in between shots.  Little did he know that Sara snuck in a shot of him pushing Aidan on the swing - LOVE IT:

 Cute action shot:
 Ugh....too pretty:
 And way too handsome:

And our little man Finn looking dapper in his fancy new red bandana:

Zoo Boo!!

This weekend we took the kids to Zoo Boo for some costume wearing, trick or treating, zoo Halloween-y goodness!

Our sweet little Thor and Merida (from Brave):
This is Aidan's Thor face (and, have to admit, Ava looks a lot better as a red head than I thought she would):

The feline creatures were especially active that evening:

And so was our bear friend:

Homecoming 2012

A few weekends ago we made the annual trek to Ball State's Homecoming.  While we didn't make it into the game because of the rainy weather, we did have fun as we always do hanging out at the tailgate with great friends and food!  And as an extra bonus, Ball State won in OT :)

Sully and Mable were sportin' and supportin':

I got to meet Batman and Robin:

And "Daniel Tosh" dressed as a Chippendale's dancer:

Sneak Peek...

We had another round of family pictures taken a couple weekends ago.  Sara, our FANTASTIC photographer, posted a sneak peek for us.  This time we were sure to get Finn in on the action (we had planned to get some family pictures earlier in the year with Cooper....)

If the rest are as good as the sneak peek, then we are super duper DUPER excited and can't wait to see them all :)

Our Future Cheerleader?

A couple weekends ago Ava participated in a little cheerleading clinic at her future high school.  I dropped her off after school, and handed her over to the high school cheerleaders who taught the girls some cheers to perform before game time.

It was SOOOOO stinkin cute watching all the little girls march out onto the track!  They performed for about 25 minutes for the homecoming crowd.  I did take some videos but for some reason Blogger hates me and won't let me upload videos.  Unfortunately, you can't get a good idea of the action, but we still think she looks too cute not to share the stills:

The local news was providing game coverage:

This girl loved her some pom poms:
 Look at those calf muscles...POW:

Punkin' Pickin'

We went to the pumpkin patch last week for our annual punkin pickin!  It was a gorgeous day, not too crowded, and there were lots of beautiful pumpkins begging to be taken home...I would take all of you cuties home if I could!!

Another bonus was the kids were extra cooperative for pictures!  Doesn't Ava look like such a big girl here??
Pretty girl:
Cutie-Pie boy:
One of the biggest hits each year is the jumping pillow.  We were there right when it opened and the kids had the pillow all to themselves for about 10 minutes:
 Our wizards:

Since we went to the pumpkin festival on opening weekend, the hay mountain was nice and tall.  By the end of October this is basically a hay pile:

Getting some sillies out at the playground:

This picture is extra special for me because Ava is modeling the fishtail braid that I have recently learned how to do:
We have this same shot of the kids when Aidan was just about to turn one :(
Kids on a mission for the perfect pumpkins:

 Until next year, pumpkin patch!
Stay tuned to see what carvings we whip up this year....
