Aidan just had his 15-month check-up yesterday. During the appointment, we got some good news, and some not-too-good news.
First, the good news: Aidan weighed in at 25 1/2 pounds which rests him comfortably in the 60th percentile. His head measured 19 inches which is good enough for the 80th percentile (his big noggin is there to hold in all of his brains). Finally, he measured 33 1/2 inches long. When the doctor didn't give me the percentile, I asked for it. She responded, "No percentile - he is off the charts". Big surprise there...BIG man.
And the not-so-good news. We found out Aidan has to see a urologist because...**MEN, YOU MAY WANT TO STOP READING AT THIS POINT**...his skin has grown back (you know where). We knew this had been an issue and we were trying to solve it on our own (per the doctor's instructions), but to no avail.
We will keep our fingers crossed we hear better news after we see the specialist next month. More to come...
