You know the Strong Man Competition: very large men lifting very heavy things and winning cash and trophies? The one where guys named 'Magnus' and 'Sven' see how far they can pull semis with a rope?
Here is Aidan in training. He really wanted to play with Cooper's new bag of dog food. Sean told him if he could lift the bag, then he could have it. He tried his hardest to lift it, when he couldn't, he just pushed the bag over in frustration and moved on to the lighter 3.5 pound bag of cat food (he must have needed to do a warm-up set first).
After the warm-up, Aidan being the stubborn and freakishly strong baby he is, walked back over to the 8 pound bag and lifted it like it was nothing. To top it all off, he had proper lifting technique and even grunted as he lifted the massive weight - here is the evidence to prove it:

And what, you might ask, is Aidan's next feat of strength? We think the 20-pound bag of cat litter is about to meet its maker...more to come.
