Aidan's Birthday Party

We celebrated Aidan's 1st birthday this past weekend. There was lots of family, friends, and fun! As you can see, we incorporated sports stuff into the theme. The menu consisted of "childhood comfort foods"...we had: grilled cheese sandwiches cut into fall leaf shapes with tomato soup, pigs-in-a-blanket, homemade mac 'n cheese, and mini pizzas. It appears that was a hit, because all the food was gone!

He got lots of cool stuff - LOTS of clothes, boy toys, books, and even a nice big toy box to put it all in! Thanks to all who helped us celebrate! Aidan - we hope you had a good day!

Just like we had hoped - Aidan destroyed his smash cake:
